Anyone who isn't a complete retard can find instructions to modify weapons to full auto. It's not as complicated as writing a small computer program or rebuilding a carburetor. This guy was an accountant so he obviously wasn't stupid.
Likewise, spraying bullets into a tightly packed crowd doesn't require military sniper training.

It's much easier than I thought. You don't even need to modify the internal trigger.

Mount a mail order "GAT Trigger Crank" and use a 50 round drum magazine.
Plus .. the crank trigger would explain the funky, sluggish start to the mag dumps caught on video.
