"One Party State" vs. "Two Party State" ... Texas is a "One Party State" ... it's how I can wear a recording device on my person all day long and not get arrested for it and can admit anything into court as long as I'm a party to that conversation and not just a passer-by.

I think you mean "One Party Consent" vs "Two Part Consent".
