Ok so if you look at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kzAdWtdqVA&t=31s you can see that the building collapses where the squib is fired from, so all the floors fall together.

In the WTC the squib fires, but nothing happens until the top of the building reaches that point. Why wouldn't the building start falling from point of the squib?

Most controlled demolitions consist of multiple stages of explosions.

Preliminary rounds of sqibs simply weaken the structure to attempt to control the "flow" of the structure after the Final round of Squibs fire to initiate the actual collapse.

THE WTC WERE MASSIVE .... 100 stories plus.

The internal views shows the multiple timed explosions taking out internals first.
