stop holding cell phones out to capture antifa + other crazies.

Right, start holding guns out. That’ll shut them up.

If the gun doesn't, the bullets will.

Problem is, they don't act like that in places where the population isn't castrated and disarmed. We had protests in Houston a couple of weeks ago (wow that seems like longer). The police told group A to go on one side, group B to go on the other, and it seemed like half of group B had rifles on them. Nobody got hit, nobody got shot.

Use an app that records video without needing the screen on, and drop the phone in a shirt pocket with the camera peeking out the top. It makes almost any cell phone a body camera with the right shirt.

Get used to restarting the video (which usually stops after 30 minutes) with a few taps, pretending you do not want to take that call right now.

There are a few apps that actually let you in 10 minute (or other arbitrary setting) chunks, and only stop recording when you run out of space. "Background Video Recorder" is one (sadly, not on F-Droid), and it also lets you specify a custom notification to say whatever you want, making it easier to conceal if someone is looking over your shoulder.

That's the app I use, and I was too stupid to realize it had the "Repeat recording" feature.

Put a RFID scanner in a back pack and walk thru the antifa crowd. If any of them have ID's, drivers licenses or credit cards on them with passive RFID chips embedded in them, you get their information to add names to faces. Some states issue drivers licenses that have the passive RFID chips in them now. That's why they get made at a private company now and mailed to you instead of getting made at the DMV.

Exactly why I hate RFID. But scanning bluetooth and having a 'free wifi' might also glean extra information.

Antifa will also steal your phone. Which works for us in places like Texas, which allows you to shoot someone stealing your property.

And, you have both hands to defend yourself against these unhinged programmed indulgent post teens.

Also they can be cheaper than most smartphones, so less of a loss if it does get damaged (and easier to carry spares). Though I'm not sure how much the ones that can stream cost. But I remember a wifi-bridge SD card for cameras, so maybe there are hacky ways to stream via a hotspot in your pocket.

The goal needs to be mask removal. Worst case scenario, wherever their head goes, their body will follow...so pull down really fucking hard.
