You don't want this. The only thing this will do is circumvent the constitution. There are already laws against what these people are doing.

Once you unleash this once, it can never be undone. The "terrorist" label will be used by the next administration to crush opposition without due process

This is a poison pill

Next? They're stoking both sides simultaneously. They'll remove key figures (some of which are their own agents), then crack the fuck down on "hate speech" and "domestic alt-terrorism". They're trying to start a civil/race war though, so they'll let it escalate for a bit longer before congress can heroically unite to crack the fuck down on "civil unrest"; Unrest that has been completely fabricated and directed by our own goverment and their propaganda machine, our bullshit media.

I've been saying (essentially) this, but with regard to white nationalist groups and I get so much shit for it from liberal university friends. I just don't get why they can't grasp how dangerous precedence can be in this country, especially when it comes to an individual's or group's right to speak their mind.

The response is usually "But Jaga, those dirty Cville nazis were armed and were looking to start violence!!!"

"But what about the protesters that instigated violence by throwing heavy objects at the ralliers?"

"Shut up they're NAZIS!!!!111!1!11!!"

If laws/mechanisms are already in place to qualify them as terror group, why are they not used ?

"Terror" is a bullshit label tyrants use to circumvent civil rights and due process.

It's already illegal to beat people and destroy property. If law enforcement isn't enforcing the law then theres a problem with law enforcement, not the law.

Petitions are only good for one thing, letting government know that you dont agree with them. Then they can start to build a file on ya

if you watch the video of the van attack in spain the attack at charlotte looks less and less like terrorism or he was the worst terrorist ever. This trial is going to be very interestig.

One problem with these petitions is that there have been too many posted at the same time, hard to meet a goal with split signatures.

Yeah they did this for BLM and they sent a nice letter back saying this is not how a group is labeled a terrorist group.
