No. That's a false-acceptance argument projected against a pseudo-narrative. Existing legal options are always available, including government economic representatives.
Do not call me a boy; it's unnecessarily condescending and neglectfully inappropriate.
Is mental gymnastics your definition of an exercise in futility or the usual incomprehension of logical arguments and facts?

What the fuck are you babbling on about? If you sign a clause that says you will go through arbitration first, the courts will deny any request out of hand until that arbitration has been heard. That's what arbitration is ... avoidance of a legal venue by contract. After that, they may change their mind if they believe the arbiter was biased or blatantly incorrect. But that takes time people in nursing homes don't have, many of them don't have family either so they have no real advocate. Your psychology babble aside, this is an attempt to have people sign away their legal rights while heading into one of the most vulnerable times in their lives. It's sickening to be honest.
I'll call you anything I damn well please, son.
Careful, or I'll post your ass on iamverysmart , neglectfully inappropriate indeed.
You didn't make an argument, you babbled a bit and then seem to have declared yourself correct .. for some fucking reason.
Make a real argument ...
