Wrong. Charlie Gard could have purchased treatment, but he was denied the ability to seek healthcare on the free market. State-run healthcare created a literal death-panel, that arbitrarily decided he had to die.

You are comparing the right to seek coverage with the right to be provided coverage at the expense of others. It is a false moral equivalency. State-run healthcare not only failed to provide Charlie Gard with life-saving care, it denied his parents ability to seek in on the free market.
