Yes, yes they are, and your lack of legal knowledge is duly noted.
Here is the relevant portion of the email, that Jr posted:

and I quote:
and
So that's what they've admitted, right up front. That, in and of itself, could well be considered a felony:

Read it my friend, Im not making this shit up:
Contributions and donations by foreign nationals in connection with elections. A foreign national shall not, directly or indirectly, make a contribution or a donation of money or other thing of value, or expressly or impliedly promise to make a contribution or a donation, in connection with any Federal, State, or local election.

That a ''thing of value'' includes intangibles is well documented in case law. And all of this from people with a longstanding relationship with Trump.
And here is essentially the breakdown:
A foreign agent(Natalia V) offered to provide opposition research(a thing of value) originating from the Russian Gov't(all according to the email) to the Trump Campaign(Donnie Jr/Kush/Manafort) and I quote, they would "Love it!". This is a felony.
So, in fact, it's pretty cut and dry, they could indict Manafort on and Kushner on this alone(not sure about Trump Jrs actual relationship to the campaign).
The only thing I was wrong about was about how stupid and gullible the current republican party is.

Why do you say that?
