Forty-four states have refused to provide certain types of voter information to the Trump administration's election integrity commission...

Yeah, almost all of the Shareblue whores have posted versions of this ridiculous nothingburger story.

The truth is that most of the states didn't refuse to comply with the commission's requests for voter data, they simply referred the commission to their established state websites where the data is made public.

It wouldn't surprise me if that's common operating procedure when voter information is requested, everyone is directed to the established state websites... and it wouldn't surprise me if the commission only asked because that's part of their formal procedure too.

FTFY: A commission requested data from the states and they were given an on-line source to satisfy their request. That is all.

This story is as newsworthy as paint drying.
