Right, but the EU is butthurt over Brexit and Crimea. I mean, their Brexit 'terms' are derisive as well.

Personally I think everyone else is secretly gleeful that the US pulled out, because they view it as a gigantic gift of a business opportunity. The new energy market is growing, and now they don't have to share with the US.

They can make the US choke on the cost of lost sales and profits.

Well, the deal would've imposed regulations on the US that other countries would't have to bear. China and India can continue to build coal plants, Germany can keep her industry, but America must de-industrialize even further. It's an absurd proposition.

If the alt-energy industries ever actually design cost effective, affordable technology that actually works, and don't continue sinking absurd amounts of money with no profit in sight, then nothing will stand in our way of jumping into the field. America retains the power to create its own wealth, with its own rules, thanks to the actual strength of our actual president, actually.
