Therein lies the problem. You brainwashed morons think the very idea of insurance is charity. You pay into it and someone else benefits, so it has to be bad. What happens when you need it? You are wrong again. If the premiums you pay are below your actuary risk than the insurance is a charity.
As for Obamacare, the fact that they give you a card is meaningless if the deductibles are very high and most worthy doctors in your area are out of network and are excluded.
