Not so surprising. Anyone who's ever been forced to take a social science class at college soon realizes the bases for all of it is the fashionable interpretation of ambiguous data. When your grade doesn't depend on analysis of the subject but rather the regurgitation of professor bias, you know you ain't in a "science" class anymore.
