A good set of sources for this can be found on one of Molyneux's shows (the one where that woman in Texas was arrested for registering to vote while not being a citizen).
Essentially if you look at poll data on what percentage of people who aren't citizens still vote as if they were, the millions voted illegally story makes sense.
A good thing to do after the 9th circuit court is broken up would be to enact some sort of voter ID law that wouldn't be overturned.

I mean, the president of the U.S. literally told illegals to vote so it's not really that far-fetched.

Molyneux is a compulsive liar and a cult leader.

How is he a cult leader? I mean he shills for donations much like anyone with a patreon nowadays does, and the whole DEFOO thing is weird, but he's not forcing anyone to do that as far as I can tell.
I don't know, I've seen some good interviews and videos on his channels I don't see him starting a cult of personality. The man admits to being wrong sometimes and encourages listeners to call him on his mistakes.
I'm gonna want some proof here if you use the words "compulsive liar" and "cult leader".
I've heard people say that about him but I just don't see it.
