No actually that shows that china and Canada are good first trade targets. China because they are the single greatest net loss, there is the most to gain there. Canada we have a 3 way trade agreement with them and Mexico, any negation with them is leverage on Mexico. They will want to stay with us because though the net is fairly equal the gross is high both ways. You play hardball with them to make them side with us against Mexico, it has nothing to do with a trade deficit with Canada.
