I'm always surprised to hear laws like the prior one already existed. I mean in foreign countries, NYC or California, I am not surprised. But Iowa? How the hell did that get on the books in the first place? It just goes to show we need to keep a close eye on our government. Most people don't have a clue what laws are passed year to year.
