Impeachment can only be used is they do some heinous shit, like kill people. You can't impeach a justice because you disagree with him.

Hi again Happy.. I agree completely with you. What branch regulates legislative? I feel like we've run out of branches in trying to answer that.. The fourth estate? lol. But yeah, no legislative control of the judicial for 're-election'..

Impeachment is for "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors". The courts themselves have said that "other high Crimes and Misdemeanors" covers anything that Congress sees fit to convict an impeached official on. That doesn't mean that it should cover merely exceeding the scope of a judge's authority, but my point was just that the parent comment was wrong.
