I agree, I'm just recognizing that there is a flaw. The biggest flaw is not having a higher belief system that comes before money and base level gratifications. Capitalism is basically just optimised free trade and supply and demand, which cuts down on waste, thus increased prosperity, but it's supposed to be a means, not and end. That really isn't the case in America. It's so corporatist that it really isn't free trade, and it's so manufactured that it has no soul. It's just strip malls, billboards, commie blocks, manufactured homes, etc. No culture or community. It takes a generically good idea and spreads it far and eide, what were left with is a halaf rate culture with no diversity. Then you have people whp get bored of their mass produced creation and wamt to import people who will ruin this country (if only for their terrible voting habits), just to spice it up. Now with no community or culture, people become isolated and detach from the real world, which is noe an empty vessel in which to plug in from. The problem being that the outside world will crumble around them and they'll disabled without the technology. We are the most powerful country in the history of the world who's biggest danger is from people who live in caves. Yet here I am. Spending most of my waking ours detached from reality as the walls are closing in. Yet it's all I can do. I can't even have half way decent conversations with people anymore. They get awkward, they scream, they don't engage, they're scared, and so am I.

Calm down. Relax. No need to go for the gloom and doom scenarios immediately.
