There are similarities between ISIS and AntiFa, but the ones you've listed aren't really a good comparison, IMO.
AntiFa and ISIS are similiar in that:

They are not religious, they are paid mercenaries and have the same employer. They are colleagues in other words.

AntiFa (and all the left) absolutely ARE religious, it's not obvious to many people because they (the left) does not worship a magical sky man, but they do worship "diversity" and "equality" two fictional concepts that essentially do not exist in real life.
The left ARE religious but their religion is more like a fusion of secular humanism and marxism, much of their rhetoric about offensive speech is essentially anti-blasphemy rhetoric. Not a lot of people make this connection though.
You are not even allowed to question many things in the public sphere (ex. is race real? are races equal?) because these concepts are blasphemous to the left. Really anything in life should be up for discussion. ex I can question if the moon landing was real, was JFK an inside job, is Trump a fascist, I can even assert that the government is actually run by Lizard people and not get arrested. It is illegal to question the Holocaust though. The holocaust has anti-blasphemy laws to protect it (similar to the Islamic world one cannot question that the Prophet Muhammed is the prophet or one goes to jail or even gets killed).
