As with repetitive (nearly identical & non-commercial) posts, I think it is safe to delete all the duplications, but not the first submission (the first post can not be considered spam). Repetitive posting is considered spamming.

What about when someone makes a dozen different post in a short period? If you look at the deletion history for this sub a lot of the post aren't the exact same but were made in under an hour by the same person.

Good point. someone could post 25 entirely different items just to fill the page. That's still spam of course. I'd like to say use judgment with extreme caution. We could always ask around for a second opinion among mods or J mods or even PV mods. :)

The general idea is -- no spamming situation is such an emergency that it can't sit for a short period while doubts are cleared. Keep that in mind, and we should be fine.

There's a limit of 3 posts per account per sub(unless itsa mod account) and ten total to the sub in 24 hours.
