It's also bullshit. The leaks that cost Hillary the election most likely came from a Democrat insider who was disgusted with the corruption, not from a "hack". Though it's likely Russia did hack Clinton's private server and got the contents earlier than the American public.

Thing is, it's in their interest to than keep them private. That way it can be used as blackmail, exposing it only diminishes the usefulness of the person. I'm sure Russia, China and anyone else with contentment IT had access to it but kept it on the down low for when she would be president and they could cause a PR nightmare anytime she got out of line.
