God how stupid can these people be. Intelligence is not a gentleman doesn't read another gentleman's mail. Any intelligence agency worth it name is constantly trying to penetrate any and all networks it can. It's called information gathering . In Intelligence you never know where your next big find will come from. It is up to the analysis to examine the information so it can be categorized and correlated with other information to provide intelligence. I don't care if it is the White house or Jacks Plumbing supplies in Blackfoot Idaho you are the target of intelligence. After all it may be the order for a special inconel plumbing fixture from Jacks Plumbing in Black Foot Idaho by Argonne national Laboratories that may provide the link to a clue that the United States may be building a new advanced nuclear reactor for a propulsion system for navel vessels.
