Seriously, what the hell planet are you on? Who irl even speaks about election fraud?

Every second you spend thinking this is a fight of liberals vs. conservatives is a minute that the establishment is winning. Bush and Clinton and Obama are all puppets with the same strings, and part of their game is making you pick a team and hate the other side. So quit playing their game and grow the fuck up.

Trump, Hillary, Obama, and the media, for starters. Hell, the reason I posted this thread was because Obama just gave a speech telling everyone to "stop whining" about a rigged election because it "never happens." As someone who remembers how hard the left tried to paint Dubya as an illegitimate president after 2000 and 2004, as well as all their butthurt over Howard Dean and Bernie Sanders losing fair-and-square, I had to point out the hypocrisy.

I personally don't believe elections are "rigged." Why go through all the trouble of rigging elections when the current system of blocking voter ID laws, promoting unfettered immigration, pushing a biased political agenda in our schools and pop culture, colluding with the press, and bullying the GOP into giving in on every issue works just fine? Overt rigging isn't necessary when you can just persuade people to vote for the status quo.

Every second you spend thinking this is a fight of liberals vs. conservatives is a minute that the establishment is winning.

Nope. The establishment loves this idea that there's no difference at all between liberalism and conservatism. They don't want anyone to know that there's an alternative to the leftist status quo. People like you just help them muddy the waters and confuse the electorate.

I don't care about "teams." I'm an independent who hates both major parties. Whenever I'm talking about the left and the right, I'm talking about the fundamental differences between two distinct philosophies which exist beyond any one country's political parties.

So first, you're telling me that it's just talking heads on TV telling you this. That's different than the word "liberal" which can mean your neighbor who bakes pies for church and whose son cuts your grass. I don't give two shits about the media. They want to manipulate you and me and everyone else. I have better things to do than listen to them. Don't you?

Why do you care what they say? You said they've made a culture war. Why are you consuming their brainwashing when you could do something good with your time?

Watch Hacking Democracy. I could link you to Richard Charnin's blog discussing exit poll data, which the US has used to dispute the legitimacy of elections in the Ukraine and elsewhere and successfully call for new elections. Or you could read Black Box Voting's evidence that electronic voting machines count your vote as a fraction, not as 1 vote. Or you could look at how handcounted paper ballots do not match the electronic tallies in Chicago. Or you could see how in 2004 there were more votes registered in 1 county in Ohio than there were people in that county.

This is a war. They don't win by fighting one battle - they win by fighting many. If the polls said 80% Trump and 20% Hillary, they couldn't rig the elections, but they fight that culture war so that you believe it's 50-50, and when it goes 51 Hillary, 49 Trump, we all have to just accept it, because it is a believable lie. But when it gets right down to it, are the people in power going to risk losing control? When they control the media, when they control which voting machines states buy, why not control who wins the elections, too?

But seriously, the documentary Hacking Democracy does a better job of laying this out than I ever could. If you think it's healthier for you to consume an hour of dribble from Obama and Hillary, then go ahead, but I don't see what you have to lose by watching it.

None of that shit matters if your votes aren't counted correctly. They swung it for Obama in '12 and '08 (McCain is too moderate and actually does what he think is right), and they swung it for Bush in '04 and '00. I would love to have a real democracy, where we can discuss whether we need a bigger budget for NASA or a smaller one, where we can discuss whether or not a national income tax is Constitutional or even beneficial, but when I cast my vote on Nov. 8, if I cast it on an electronic voting machine I cannot guarantee it is registered. So yes, I do believe that fighting against that is more important than whatever the fuck made you so angry on Fox News.
