Personally, I consider myself more socially conservative and economically progressive.

I'd like to see a criminal justice system that focuses on rehabilitation, but also holds individuals responsible for their actions and can determine if a person simply can't be rehabilitated.

I want to see the poor be helped and America's poverty and class issues fixed, but though work and never though handouts.

I'd like to see us gain control over our borders, but still be able to use immigrants for work anytime we can mutually benefit from it.

I want to see us bring back objectivity and standards. No more financing abstract art which must come with a paragraph of text to be meaningful. No more massive gender studies departments which come up with a new reason every week why women aren't in STEM. No more identity politics. I want to see a common culture encouraged in people, I think "diversity" can only be preserved if individual cultures are preserved, and that internal homogeneity, the idea that your neighbor has the same beliefs and lifestyle as you, has many benefits for people.

I also want to bring back more traditional values. I don't care if homosexuals can get married or not, but marriage itself is an institution which has been pretty much been destroyed. Gay or straight I'd like to actually encourage people to commit to each other rather than have the divorce rate be between 40-60%. Women shouldn't be turned down for a job because of their sex, but on the same note it's possible and would be very beneficial to go back to a time where only one person needs to work full-time to support a family, and the other can dedicate time to raising the children. I think plenty of women would like this as well.

As far as I know I might literally be fascist, but I really do think there needs to be a rebirth of the right-wing. A real right wing not focused on religion, or lining the pockets of the rich, but one based on the benefits of social cohesion and unity.

None of this I find even disagreeable. For me it's about preserving personal freedom and an approach to those goals, most of which I find perfectly in line with my own. A way to attain those goals that isn't authoritarian in nature would suit me. What big government does to sweden, maybe I can't support a fascist approach but I appreciate and agree with 80% of your end goals. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by objectivity and standards, as that could apply to science, morality, philosophy, etc and in multiple ways for each thing. I'm indifferent to marriage as an istitution, I don't 'like' handouts but think they're a necessary evil for the genuinely down on their luck. I'm not someone who cares much for tradition. but all of that's why I'm not a conservative.

I don't really know where to take this and what conclusive statement to draw out of what I've written to you. Just, this seems to reinforce my thinking that while we can disagree I'm coming to a position of left Vs Right being unimportant because it's arguing over things who's consequnces are minutiae in comparison to the sheer disasters that come out of authoritarianism.
