If anything you are agreeing with me. I already said some people don't pay now, and if it was voluntary, there would still be people who would not pay. You've made exactly zero arguments so far. I gave a very specific argument explaining that voluntary taxes would work, and all you've done is link to articles of showing what I've already pointed out; there are going to be freeloaders no matter what, so why have a system where violence is institutionalized. Now, if you want to make an actual argument, I'm still waiting.

Yes because removing penalties for not paying will get more people to pay, and watching your neighbors freeload will be incentive enough.
