Interesting.
Maybe as a person and hearing her talk is certainly boring but other media outlets thrive on her as great entertainment when they include all her scandals, lies and outright racism. Covering all the laws she's broken over the years is not boring.
Painting with a broad brush are we? I suppose you know the entire general public. It's quite funny how Trump managed to break the ALL TIME record number of delegates ever for a candidate on his side of the aisle but we're just going to pretend the general public thinks he's a trainwreck. Even when he packs the house and has more overflow at his rallies than Hillary has in attendance altogether. Hillary can't walk up stairs, she's has to prop herself up because her back is weak, she won't be able to stand one-on-one against Trump ever. Not in this life and nothing the lying media does will change it this time around.
Oh yeah let's not forget Hillary pays for people to come to her rallies. And even tries to get illegals who can't vote to vote for her.

The problem is that they have been thriving on stuff from a long time ago. Benghazi happened in 2012. That was 4 years ago. regular people stopped caring in October 2012. The email scandal broke over two years ago. In the news cycle, it might as well have happened in the stone age. The rest has just been heresay, or updates on those stories. Regular people don't care that much about updates to old news.
The only one that she might have broken was the one related to email, and Comey said he didn't have enough evidence to prosecute. For normal people, that ends it.
While people are jumping ship from the republican party, and people on the other side of the aisle are openly worrying about if he wins. When people are in the news for attacking war heros, gold star families, disabled people, and breaking pretty much every media taboo, it's safe to say that it's a trainwreck to the general public. FFS, people interviewed AT HIS RALLYS readily talk about how they wish he would stop with the attacks and just stay on message. His own supporters think its a wreck.
The general public != people who vote in republican primary elections. 28.5% of eligible voters participated in the primaries, and 14.4% of that were Democrats. Of the 14.8% that were Republican, less than half voted for Trump (don't forget how many candidates there were for so long). Overall about 13.5 million people voted for Trump in the primaries which is 4.2% of the United States population. So yeah it's disingenuous to imply that a majority of Americans support Trump.
Not related to Trump's campaign being an exciting train wreck to the media.
