WTF. The government goes out of its way to incentivize a poor family structure. I'm turning into a believer. Every bill or regulation passed I ask the question 'what incentive does this create?', because I know the government is in the business of steering people in a direction they want them to go, and not actually helping them.
Then we have shit like the housing bubble of 2008 that created incentives for banks to approve risky loans , and then when the bubble pops it's the 'evil bank's fault' and we need more regulation.
Some shady shit is going on. This is the kind of shit Bill Clinton started, Barack has continued, and Hillary will be the final form. Let's not forget that the Health care bill was originally her baby. Once we rely on the government for everything, we have no religous or family structure, and our gus are taken away, America as we know it will fall to Authoritarianism.we are just cattle to these people. They don't care.

Why does government have the right to discriminatorily extort you and call you taxation?
What duty do we have to obey?
IMO, the concept of political authority differs little from religion.

File separately and your wife retains her maiden name. Simple. Its been working for years. The only way the IRS knows you are married is if you tell them. When you choose married. head of household you literally fuck yourself.

That would be more accurate of a description too.

In contrast, Trump's tax policy subtly incentivizes marriage and traditional families. "If you are single and earn less than $25,000, or married and jointly earn less than $50,000, you will not owe any income tax." Where I live, $50,000 is probably not enough to raise a family on, but it still is in the majority of the United States. This will make single-income earner families a much more appealing option than it is currently for middle-class families.

Exactly why I want to vote for him so badly. I earn less than $25,000.

Why doew the government reward poor behavior? This is another policy with the sole aim of disproportionately funding blacks.

So play by their rules... set up an LLC in each of the spouses name. And buy the property, if over 1,100,000, as a 50/50 between both entities and get all the tax benefits. I like this idea personally. You could even transfer it to a holding company and put it out of the reach of any debt collectors and people who want to sue you. So, back to the basics of this all, a situation is only a disadvantage to you if you allow it to be.
