It just makes me salty thinking about how when I was on reddit and I would talk about how rigged the primaries were and provide evidence I would just get downvoted and told I want Trump to be president. I'm glad these guys are filing a class action lawsuit because they did Bernie dirty in the butt with no condom on and it just ain't right.

exactly. i don't care who someone else is voting for (well i do, because naturally i want my preferred candidate to win, but not to the point i think others' opinions are invalid). if someone has a valid opinion and expresses it like an adult there should be no reason to downvote. at reddit you get downvoted if you don't agree with the default opinion of the mods and subs. reddit is for narrow-minded, intolerant children.

i seriously hope you don't think that voat in any way avoids the "downvote = disagree" mentality. it's just as bad here.

Come on. Voat's exactly the same, but the other way. You don't get banned, and posts won't get deleted, but vote-wise, there's zero difference.

Can you link your explanations and evidence? Based just on what the media reported & what the people were talking about, I knew there had to be something going on for her to be getting that much popular vote. NOBODY I knew was willing to vote for her, yet she just kept winning. I'm super interested in some plausible evidence.

Glad to see it, but I doubt it will amount to anything.

I can't wait to see this "Israel First" Kunty-Kike booted from office, and then properly deported to her beloved "Promised Land".

She is just the first of many to FINALLY face some type of legal repercussions for shameless, illegal actions from within the Federal Government.

They don't deport them because they're dual citizens for life.

Disgusting, I know. Rules for thee, but not for me!

True.

But they do deport them for Sedition, Treason, and possibly strip them of their U.S. Citizenship for violating their Oath of Office to illegally act as an agent lobbying on behalf of a foreign govt.

All they had to do was hold a quasi-legit primary - even something as simple as getting the superdelegates to secretly commit but declare they were "undecided" until the convention. And now Trump can use this lawsuit in his campaigning. Well done!

Note of interest: Republicans generally oppose class actions. They would make cases like this impossible. :)

We dislike the idea of class actions where lawyers assemble a bunch of bullshit, shake down a company for large legal fees and the victims get coupons.

What's your bet on how this turns out ?

When you say "we," who are you speaking for?

Read this one and let me know where you come down on it ... http://www.casebriefs.com/blog/law/civil-procedure/civil-procedure-keyed-to-yeazell/identifying-the-trier/att-llc-v-concepcion/2/

I don't think this case will go very far, actually But it will provide more publicity for election reform :)

What a laughing stock we are to the world right now. Our corruption has frothed over like a boiling pot and the whole world sees just how dirty we are. We once had the dignity to rise up and lynch criminals of this magnitude, but we've grown weak and easy to shove around. We're ripe for takeover. It's no wonder the traitors in our government are so bold to push off 'refugees', terrorists by any other name into our country like they did Europe.

Don't worry, they'll keep a few white slaves for breeding and servants.
