You could walk right up to poor people right now and tell them they could be wealthy if they worked for it and they wouldn't believe you. These are people who honestly think their best chance of ever being rich is playing the lottery. Even working class people, if you told them they could be wealthy, you would have to convince them. Like you literally need salesmen to sell people on the idea that they can be taught how to make money. I would suggest make it a percent of their money OR a percent of their time. If they want to do community service for the same number of hours as a poor person, more power to them.
