I religiously listen to 'The Biggest Problem in The Universe' by Maddox while I'm cycling and recently I've moved onto the cracked podcast which while sometimes can be interesting the people on the podcast sound like they need a good punch in the face.

Nice, I'm gonna have to check some of these out. I burn through podcasts so quickly on bike commuting.
Any suggestions for apps to use? That are free?

I use stitcher and make a radio station with the episodes
It is pretty cool.
I know your problem. Wireless headphones and good podcasts are the best for the long runs
