Exactly. Whoever let her pick up that child is responsible. Something is not right. What kind of environment does that child live in? She does not have a normal home life. What was she doing there? Was she helping take care of the children in a pinch? Even so, I have volunteered with children and some were quite rambunctious but I can truthfully say that none of them would have resorted to something like this. She should not be treated as an adult What are they trying to do, lately I have heard of other children very young, being tried like adults. Could there be something behind these cases? Children being perceived as grownups. But they are not.

Wisconsin judge ( Barry ??) was trying to change this. He did not want children in prison, felt they didn’t belong there and it served no purpose. They killed him

I thought this was a daycare situation. Where was the monitor ???? Yes she is an innocent child. This will certainly affect her no matter which way it goes
