I wish I could post this in the main sub, but I think it's a bit too loosely related for that. Maybe I'll give it a shot there at some point, but it will likely be deleted... ;)
Tl;dr: It's processed junk, sugar, and veggie oils/margarines that are sickening us, dumbing us down, and making us fat, not saturated fats. Good animal fats like butter and lard (gasp! I know...keep reading), clean meats, eggs, raw milk, cultured veggies, whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies are what will build your brain for increased intelligence and research power.
I'd like to share what I've been reading (book names at the end) lately about good fats and how they feed the brain and increase your IQ.
Our health system in America is completely wrong about the "healthy" low-fat diet. By touting this way of life, we have increased in disease and decreased in intelligence. I hope you're beginning to see how this relates to pizzagate. We need to eat in such a way to be MORE INTELLIGENT, MORE CREATIVE, and to have MORE STAMINA than those evil kid-abusing devil worshippers. When you are the smart and balanced one, you can see more clearly to catch these pedos. And I think most of us realize that there's more coming besides pizzagate that we are going to need a strong body and mind to withstand. Now is the time to build your body and brain (especially important for your kids!) with "super foods."
I'm talking about super foods that Weston A Price found in common with healthy cultures all over the world.
His studies of healthy, happy, and intelligent cultures has been compiled, studied, and written about by himself and Sally Fallon Morell.
Here's an excerpt from her latest book (Jan 2017):
"Being high is the natural state of a well-nourished brain. Taken as a whole, modern research points to the conclusion that animal fats, rich in cholesterol, fat-soluble vitamins, arachidonic acid and many other components, not only help us avoid mental illness such as depression and anxiety, but also give us the curiosity, courage and stick-to-it-iveness to act positively and accomplish goals in a challenging world—activities that create the foundation for real happiness."
-Nourishing Fats by Sally Fallon Morell, chapter 9, pg 168
I'm going to give you some links and books you can read below to research this for yourself instead of taking my word for it.
Intro to the wise nutrition of ancient healthy cultures: http://www.westonaprice.org/abcs-of-nutrition/
Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon Morell (if you just buy/borrow one book, read this one)
Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A Price (really in depth book of his study of primitive healthy cultures)
Nourishing Fats by Sally Fallon Morell
Any and all books by her are superb.
I hope this helps at least a few of you who are searching. I have tried many different diets in my life for short periods of time to cleanse various ailments (vegetarian, raw, paleo...). All have their pros and cons. This "traditional diet" has been the most enjoyable and the most rewarding for me.
Blessings on your journey! May we all be strong in the years to come!
