What if you took it all the way with making your list, but you continue to just use the usernames, tie related usernames together and do the full investigation but blur out or redact the final identification to where almost anyone could make the last step and identify the person easily but you didn't do it for them. Then you're not making any accusations at all but you're giving your reasearch to the world and certainly people are going to catch on and demand something is done. And then if that person makes the connection to reality it was them you just led them to the connection.

"Suspected" is the problem here. Unless you can physically prove it somehow, problems will arise. Like a class-action lawsuit for defamation and such. I'd say it would be a bad idea to just start shooting aimlessly in hopes of coming across a genuine pedophile. That's just me though.

I hear you. I do not want to be responsible for hurting any innocent people. But the data is out there. These names are going to come out. The only question is how and when. That is why I suggest a complete copy to the FBI and a redacted copy to the press. There must be a responsible way to handle this.

my experience with handing evidence to the FBI is that they laugh at you and say that nobody could be that corrupt (I guess they get a lot of crackpot calls or this country is hopeless, or both)
