In viewing his last post though which was deleted I see he posted a concern post in the the wrong sub after being told so and spamming unrelated Martin Shkreli posts that were in violation of rule 1. I don't see any work around in this particular case it seems as if the mods were simply enforcing the rules of the sub.

How did it violate any rules. Plus these rules don't show up on mobile. It looks more like he violated voats free speech rules to me

The reason for the ban was willfully ignoring submission rules you could start by explaining how that was not the case.

Just saying it is a violation of rule 1 doesn't make it so. The post was relevant to the sub, was relevant to the investigation, and he got mad and banned when he was called out on it. How do u think it violated anyways?
