I'm going to go ahead and give this the "IMPORTANT!" flair. We've been waiting on this bit of news for a long, long time. :-)

[–] MolochHunter 1 points 22 points (+23|-1) ago  (edited ago)

premature, my man

the laptop's contents themselves have not been ordered released, only these official documents pertaining to the legal process

[–] ben_matlock 1 points 7 points (+8|-1) ago

☝ That's what I'm seeing as well (unless the mysterious 'Attachment A' is the laptop.)

[–] duhiki [S] 1 points 4 points (+5|-1) ago

Have a hit of hopium. Look at the credentials of Amanda Kramer, the US attorney listed on the unsealing order. Human trafficking and project safe childhood? That there is pizzagate in a nutshell.

Imagine being hired to do a job; better the lives of Americans. Especially the most vulnerable. Now imagine being stymied time and again by an administration that wants to give the illusion of maintaining law while enabling the worst of the worst.

Now imagine being given the opportunity to rain hell upon those who quashed investigations into human trafficking and child sexual exploitation.

QAnon said the pain was coming. Would the release of evidence from Weiner's laptop not qualify? Especially if related to "life insurance"? How does one get the truth out there as a mass redpill? By allowing evidence to be shown/known/reported upon. That way it's harder for the guilty parties to decry the info as being fraudulent-- due to the nature, forensic technology will be on our side.

That said, I'd expect a lot of false flag events to distract attention.

[–] Vindicator 1 points 1 points (+2|-1) ago

You are right, Moloch. It's still important, but this headline is incorrect. Changing the flair.

[–] KnightsofHubris 2 points -2 points (+0|-2) ago

warrant is unsealed and available to read https://voat.co/v/GreatAwakening/2550145

I wish I had seen this post earlier so that my explanation below had reached Pizzagaters before they erroneously assumed we were going to see the "insurance" evidence itself. Should I have posted my comment as a reply instead of a comment after a long string of comments? Would upvotes move my comment upwards in the string of comments? I still know my rules of evidence from 40 years ago. As for computers, I'm woefully behind the times.

[–] Vindicator 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

You did post as a reply, Pizzalawyer, and I saw it as soon as I logged in. I am changing the flair, as the title is inaccurate. My bad. :-( Comments don't become more visible with upvotes unless they are top-level (replying to the OP, not another commenter).

Waiting too F@cking long to be more precise.

[–] carmencita 0 points 18 points (+18|-0) ago

I remember still being on reddit when this all started. When the NYPD said how horrible the stuff on there was. Let's hope this is it.

[–] dooob 0 points 16 points (+16|-0) ago

I could swear there was a video where the NYPD chief says he will leak it themselves. I remember it clearly but cant find it.

[–] GoodGodKirk 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

I don’t remember them stating a specific video, but releasing the content to Wikileaks for how damning the evidence was.

[–] carmencita 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

Hopefully it can be found, but there have been many things that they scrubbed. Hard to find things now. I don't doubt you saw it.

[–] NoisyCricket 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Supposedly a PO (or two) was murdered for this statement.

[–] rooting4redpillers 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago  (edited ago)

This might be what you remember, but no video, just “quotes” from the NYPD Chief.

[Archived] NYPD to expose Weiner laptop? (twitter.com) | submitted 1.1 years ago by @SchlangeHatRecht

It’s a link to Thomas Paine (@Thomas1774Paine) on Twitter:

TruePundit tweeted: If Comey is not fired within a week, #TruePundit NYPD sources say they will begin telling America what the #FBI is hiding on Weiner's laptop | 6:40 PM · Mar 6, 2017

This was picked up and repeated by a good many outlets. For instance, The New American ran this story NYPD Source: Weiner Laptop Has Enough Evidence “to Put Hillary ... Away for Life”. Excerpt:

NYPD detectives and a [sic] NYPD Chief, the department’s highest rank under Commissioner, said openly that if the FBI and Justice Department fail to garner timely indictments against Clinton and co- conspirators, NYPD will go public with the damaging emails now in the hands of FBI Director James Comey and many FBI field offices.

”What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief said. “There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.” ...

[–] InnocentAngels 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

[–] carmencita 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

Wow Thanks for saving.

The NYPD seized the computer from Weiner during a search warrant and detectives discovered a trove of over 500,000 emails to and from Hillary Clinton, Abedin and other insiders during her tenure as secretary of state. The content of those emails sparked the FBI to reopen its defunct email investigation into Clinton on Friday.

That's a pretty plain and simple statement. Says it all, pretty much.

[–] Are_we_sure 2 points -2 points (+0|-2) ago

That story was part of a deliberate misinformation campaign that points back the Trump Campaign.

That same day that story came out, it was also pushed on Alex Jones AND CONNECTED TO the Trump campaign. Doug Hagmann went on Alex Jones the same day as the TruePundit story, also claiming NYPD sources and he let slip that he was getting his information from Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani, of course, was an official member of the campaign and couldn't be pushing this false stuff himself. Erik Prince who later was found to be secretly working as a Trump surrogate (and would be repaid by sister becoming head of the Department of Education) went on Steve Bannon's old radio show (Bannon having moved to the Trump campaign) and pushed this story as well.

Giuliani also promised a big October surprise and mentioned he was being fed information coming from active FBI agents. The DOJ's inspector general is now investigating if the NY Office of the FBI was leaking to the Giuliani and the Trump Campaign.

Here's where Hagmann slips up and claims Rudy Giuliani is behind a lot of this info coming the NYPD. https://youtu.be/gd7yYB9QsTw?t=7289

The NYPD didn't have the laptop.

[–] IGiveZeroFucks 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

Supposedly this is why the FBI re-opened the case -- to seize the laptop.

[–] carmencita 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

Well if it holds what we have heard, I would say it would be good reason to re=open the case, unless there is more to the story.

[–] Are_we__sure 2 points -2 points (+0|-2) ago

No. The laptop was seized because there was evidence in the press that Weiner sexted with an underage girl in another state. Crimes that cross state lines are federal crimes and the US Attorney in NY subpoenaed the laptop and it was seized by the FBI.

It was only then, that the laptop was examined.

[–] Pizzalawyer 0 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago  (edited ago)

This May 14th order by a US District Court Judge is simply the release of the search and seizure warrant and its Attachment A.

It is not the release of the evidence discovered by the search warrant. The warrant is typically authorized by the judge or magistrate based upon an affidavit (Attachment A) establishing probable cause to search a person or item or premises. We don't even know which. Presumably it is seeking to search for Weiner's computers and the contents.

Remember, insofar as press releases are accurate, the FBI was unaware of the " insurance " files until after executing the warrant. I hope the application for a warrant was broad enough to include evidence of other pedophile crimes besides the sexting of a certain young lady. If evidence of other crimes surface during a valid search, it can serve as a basis for additional charges.

We are all sitting on pins and needles waiting for this document which will generate more efforts to get to the evidence itself, I know I am.

Big thanks to Corey Lynn @ Coreydigs on Reddit!!

[–] think- [M] 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

It is not the release of the evidence discovered by the search warrant.

Thank you, @Pizzalawyer. Would you consider doing a post, explaining the matter? That would be terrific! :-)

[–] Pizzalawyer 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Alas, Im not sure I can figure out how to post, on a cell phone. that's why I'm always a commentator. Don't I have to earn the right to post? I have no objection to someone else posting so long as Im given credit.

Note my comment at 6.3 hours. Maybe you can consolidate all of them for a separate post. When laypersons misinterpret legal.matters, folks can waste alot of time calling out conspiracies to suppress.

I'm always happy to clarify such matters but Im not always accurate either. This forum proves the value of multiple heads looking at an issue. No need to be ugly to a colleague when mistakes or different opinions are expressed. I so want this forum to be viewed as credible.

[–] Vindicator 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

Yep. I've also asked duhiki to remove and repost with an accurate title, and flaired this for removal.

[–] Are_we__sure 2 points -2 points (+0|-2) ago

Remember, insofar as press releases are accurate, the FBI was unaware of the " insurance " files until after executing the warrant.

there's no files or folder marked insurance and there is surely no reference in a FBI press release to Insurance.

[–] Pizzalawyer 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Thank you: I stand corrected. There has been no acknowledgement by LE of an " insurance" re: additional sordid crimes following the issuance of a warrant. There is rumor coming from Erick Prince as I recall.

I do find it interesting that there was a reference to an "insurance" file, that's the term employed by Pete & Lisa of the FBI re Trump.

[–] 8_billion_eaters 1 points 6 points (+7|-1) ago

Bet you it's been sanitized.

Maybe the real dirt was handed off to the president by that NYPD cop at the national peace officers memorial?

https://hooktube.com/watch?v=KlsqGE4jR5M (0:20 second mark)

[–] Madwack 0 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago

Well here we are, I can't believe it.

[–] MolochHunter 1 points 5 points (+6|-1) ago  (edited ago)

Everyone, stop creaming ur pants

release of documents pertaining to a legal process is a pretty standard formality (matter of public record)

the release of potentially sensitive evidence pertaining to a case is a totally different matter and procedure

think about it. Even demonic videos aside, Weiner's laptop likely contained scores of files marked classified, secret, top secret etc

[–] Oh_Well_ian 1 points 1 points (+2|-1) ago

Christ.. what is wrong with the people in this sub..

cannot they not read what this is and is not?

this has nothing to do with the laptop, whatsoever.

[–] ben_matlock 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago

Hold your horses, lads and lasses. I'm not sure this has anything to do with the laptop https://twitter.com/CoreysDigs/status/996950292225773568?s=19

@honeybee_ ?

[–] Honeybee_ [M] 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

I'm pretty sure there is no information on the laptop discussed in the unseal order that Corey posted. In my own retweet of her post I put #releasethelaptop because it still has not been addressed. I am trolling Pacer and court docket sites to grab it once the ACTUAL SEALED INDICTMENT is dropped, only then will we know for sure what has been unsealed.

[–] Marked2476 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

Ok.. down the feed there are photos of a list of documents (some available, some sealed)... I noticed that they were chronological.. I would bet that some of those sealed documents have something to do with whatever is listed in the available docs around them.. what's in the letters could = what's in the sealed documents listed next...
