That site doesn't prove he was arrested either. All we know for sure is that James Brower tweeted that one of the sealed indictments was for Tony Podesta.

According to sources within the U.S. Marshals Office, Tony voluntarily handed himself in late on Saturday night on the basis that there would be no media coverage of his arrest.

So 'sources', and 'no media' (we can't verify either). The records posted don't indicate a date, some claim it was old traffic tickets? I'm no fan clearly, and it's not that I don't think it possible he turned himself in, or is cutting a deal whatever. I just haven't seen disclosure of an actual arrest.

If the investigation has moved into the U1 area, and the Podestas have damning, prosecutable evidence against them, demonstrating their participation in and profiting from actions that endangered national security and potentially even involved state secrets, who knows how that is handled. A private court?
