You completely missed the point, Rafael. You can't "look at" a document to "learn how accurate it is." You have verify

  • Who wrote it and what their agenda was
  • Are the claims it makes substantiated?
  • Who is using it, and to what ends

None of which you have provided. Which doesn't surprise me at all. Again, thanks for the opportunity to raise awareness about how to present research here. ☺

Fair enough Vindicator:

  1. There have been so many rumors about who wrote it that nobody knows anymore.

  2. MOST IMPORTANT POINT, are the claims it makes substantiated? - I already sent the paragraph where it talks about having politicians they can blackmail

It also speaks about controlling the media and staying in the shadows - i.e. Carlos Slim with NYT and Jeff Bezos with Washington Post.

Just read the damn article dude so much of it is mind blowing because this was written in 1903 and a lot of it is coming true NOW.

If all it takes to blow your mind is rumors and predictions about obvious political tactics going back to the days of Ancient Rome, you probably should not be posting on a research forum.
