Tod Stern He was Special Envoy of Climate Change under Obama. I believe he was also with the Clinton Adm.

Sen. Inouye should be checked out. He is dead now. I know there is stuff on him. I remember seeing something when I was researching something else. I think he had ties to the school Obama went to.
