So I'm speaking with Claires mom, Lynn, via email right now.

Anyone have any questions I should ask her? I'll add them to my own and hopefully we can get somewhere with this and help a family stay together. I know my own ability to overlook to a detail or two and any input could help.

Here's what I asked. All of these questions are based off what Claire said in here 3 videos so i feel comfortable with sharing them but I've told her that what I share with the public is her families decision.

"Do you have legal representations? Your family is perusing a case against the DCFS and Claires grandmother with the help of her Step-Father, correct? Could you tell me a bit about him and his background? Is he your representation in various cases?"

"In your daughters video she mentions that your family is perusing a case against the DCFS and Claires grandmother. Is it safe to assume that her grandmother is also your biological mother?"

"What are the charges that are being brought against the DCFS? Could you possibly provide me with a few more details about the grandmother and her relationship with your family?"

"What was the drug that the DCFS claims was in your system? What is the reason you were asked to take a drug test? Have you been allowed to see the results of this test? What was the concentration of the drug in your system? Does their test account for concentrations, or was it just a positive/negative result (usually a litmus strip, changes color upon contact with a chemical)? Do you take any medications?"

"Claire also mentions in her video that you had another positive drug test in the past. She also says that after you went seeking a second opinion it was declared to be due to poppy seeds by the doctor who screened the second test. Was this second test from a doctor outside of the DCFS? Have you requested a second opinion for this current test?"

She's responded that she said that she is about to meet her case worker and doesn't have time to answer them right now. She also asked that we should speak over the phone about it later on. I'll share whatever she is comfortable with sharing to the public.

We all know it's better than the daughter going into the hands of a kidnapping ring like Child Protective Services. Especially in the Los Angeles area, the city of fallen angels. Maybe we can do something to help stop that from happening.

Can you get the name of the judge? court house and clerk's phone number? we should flood this judge with phone calls and letters. They seem determined to take her so I don't think it would hurt.
