Is it blackhat SEO? If so why hasn't google dealt with them yet?

"And yet it seems that the Youtube search engine can be easily gamed by one of the oldest black hat SEO tactics in the history of the internet by simply repeatedly stuffing the video description with keywords you wish to the video to rank for."

What do you think about the content?

I thought google was on top of the blackhat garbage. It's hard enough to get my website ranked and I obey all the rules (so I'm not penalized and slide off the first page) ... why can't they get a grip on this stuff??

Yes, it's blackhat seo for sure. I used to do some of it back when it was still easy with made for adsense sites.

Google hasn't been called on it so they don't stop it, because it makes them money too.

So I guess nice guys still finish last. And I guess google is hypocritical about "dark seo"? Because they sure cry and carry on and threaten us about it. The pros I use don't use blackhat and they offer a money back guarantee if they don't rank you on first page within 9 months. (They say they can do it and they told me how they do it. There's no blackhat involved but of course I'm talking about a straight-up website, not youtube.)
