I live in Europe and met someone had just returned from the States. He was in West Virginia at the Droop Mountain Battlefield Park. While he was in the park’s museum he heard children crying out for help. He went to investigate and the children's voices seemed to be coming up from underground, as though the museum was built over an underground cavity (cave or tunnel). Thinking that very young children may have been exploring underground caves and tunnels and bot lost, and certain that they were beneath the museum which possibly concealed an entrance into the underground cavity where the children were, he tried to gain entrance. Suddenly two very official looking men in suits came along and told him to ‘Move on’. He told them he heard children crying out for help, but they said there were no children in the vicinity and told him to leave. The children were still calling, "Please help us"!" so he said, “Listen, you can hear them,” but the men escorted him back to his car and watched him leave the park.
He tried to involve the police, asking them to accompany him back to the museum, but they showed no interest, he had a feeling that they had been told to expect him and to dismiss him. He was already very worried about this, envisaging children being lost underground of the museum, when Pizzagate exploded on the internet.
The area where he heard the children, it is very secluded and it is in the National Radio Quiet Zone.
In light of the Pizzagate scandal I am passing the information to you in the hope that you know a trustworthy organisation, preferably of civilians, in America who can gain access to the museum and search for a door to an underground area where trafficked children may be held? I’m reluctant to pass the information to the authorities in the event that they are involved, after all, they escorted him away from the museum and it's possible they instructed the police to ignore him. I am in Belgium, Europe, where the authorities recently uncovered a huge, international paedophile network that extended to the US and but I am deeply worried about the children who could be trapped there. If the perpetrators are alerted to the fact that civilians know about the children, they may be reluctant to return to the site with food and water for the children, worst case scenario, they could seal them in and leave them to a fate worse than death.
I’ve heard that arrests relating to Pizzagate are imminent. When they make the first arrest the children could be doomed. The traffickers would steer clear of the Droop Mountain museum and leave the children to starve to death.
Are there any civilians who could investigate without alerting the authorities and/or the traffickers?
Thank you for your help

Here's a starting point: The Greenbrier River Trail - Droop Mountain Tunnel https://bridgehunter.com/wv/greenbrier/droop-mountain-tunnel/
Edit to Add: This is interesting! "Patch" Adams, the doctor portrayed by Robin Williams, attempted to build a children's hospital smack beside Droop Mountain, but it never went anywhere.
"The movie suggests that the hospital is currently under construction and everything is sunshine, lollipops and rainbows. In truth, there are only outbuildings, including a three-story workshop, a couple of yurts and a five-person dwelling on the Gesundheit! tract near Droop Mountain in Pocahontas County.
Adams has been quoted as saying he's raised a million dollars for the project. Linda Edquist, who was married to Adams for 26 years and who is definitely bitter about their divorce last summer, says a lot of the money raised by the foundation goes to pay Adams's salary and the rent on his modest Arlington town house. Adams, on the other hand, says that all he has to show for his efforts is $5,000."
More about Adams:
"He says he has made 14 trips to Russia to entertain at orphanages and recently expanded his visits to include refugee camps in Bosnia. He traveled to Trinidad to clown for murderers who were hanged three days later. When not clowning, Adams lectures at medical schools, corporations and community groups, for which he regularly earns fees of up to $20,000."

Actually, from this article, the hospital is now fully functioning and Patch and his brother, Wildman, have their clown tours go to Russian hospitals and orphanages to entertain the children. http://wvuncovered.wvu.edu/stories/fall_2010/caring_for_health
