Generally speaking, they are unaware.
Ok, so America consists of approximately ~320 Million people. And, only about 56% of eligible voters did (so ~126 Million). The popular vote was ~50/50 split. So, you have to exclude ~63 Million caring about pedo's over politics. Now we're down to 1/5 people who are potential candidates for accepting the idea that there are rampant pedo's in the WH.
now if we look at https://www.similarweb.com/website/wikileaks.org you'll see that wikileaks.org received ~72.8 M visits over a 6 month period. And ~58% is from the US. Given that I personally bounced over there about 20 times per day, and I'll low ball for common users I'm guessing that with 2 visits per day there would have been about (72.8 * .58 / 2 = ~22) 22 Million distinct American users who read any of the source material. So, we may be down to 1/15 American's hearing about satanic shit from source material. But, that's not getting to the fact that they may not have been paying attention to the material which talks about pedo crap. Let's move that number on down by about 1 in 10 were looking for that and not focusing on the money. You then have 1/150 people who even heard from source about the pedo information.
We are now down to about 2 million people who have slipped across the code. Not looking good so far, and it gets worse. ~46% of trump supporters believe in pizzagate. (at this point my math is going to get really ugly, because I'm guessing out my ass.) So, let's say that of the people who read the leaks, 1/3 (1/3 being hillary supporters, 2/3 being trump supporters, 2/3 * 1/2 = 1/3) believed what they saw. So, you have ~700,000 people who believe from source. OK, that's really tiny.
So, why does a quarter of America believe in pizzagate. Because the work that the 1/500 of us do is clean, well documented, and accurate. We boil down the information for people to digest easily and put it out there. Keep up the good work everybody.
Edit: 63 M Trump supporters * 46% / 320 M = .09 So, ~10% of america believes, or 32 Million. Shit. MEME HARDER!!!!!!
