I do'nt think it has limited reproduction rights, as numerous other outlets still have it up -- like the Daily Mail and even smaller more local-regional papers. They're going to have the same licensing limitations. So a decision was made specifically at those outlets to scrub the article.

Well.. It is an AP story. So rights could have ended. But it IS available elsewhere, listed as ap content, but not delisted. So it is still very suspicious why this little coterie of 'news sources' dumped the story.
