Since I don't want Pizzagate to be swept under the rug as a "conspiracy theory," I agree with you in spirit, although I would go in the other direction with it. Rather than a sticky post correcting false information, we should just have an organized list of unadulterated facts, minus the speculations and the connections. In other words, provide the dots but don't connect them.

For example:

James Alefantis owns Comet Ping Pong. Provide a link to the Secretary of State (or whatever the D.C. equivalent would be) showing this fact. James Alefantis posted the following photos/comments in Instagram under the username "jimmycomet." Provide a link to the archived Instagram photos. The band Heavy Breathing is on the Comet Ping Pong website's friends list. Provide videos of songs, etc.

And so forth. I think that sticking to the proven facts, without pulling newcomers by the nose would be the most effective strategy.

Both would be great.

The "false information" would be more of a reference for those doing the research, just to make sure they're not citing previously debunked or misleading information in their new posts.

That would work. One thread for facts, one thread for debunked information.

It's definitely necessary to prevent Pizzagate from being derailed, in my opinion. Frankly, some posters have other "conspiracy theory" agendas that don't help the cause of gaining popular support.

Call it the false and contested lead thread. Investigators have to comb through leads all the time and sort them out. Sometimes leads resurrect themselves when new information becomes available. There's a user on here who's offered to do a wiki on all of our work. I suggested he use the legal term exhibits for the strongest evidence. This is the stuff that is presented to the public.

There's a subvoat for that, if that's what you're into. I think it's v/correction. May be worth it to message the mod.

The problem with that is that most people who are on the fence about Pizzagate probably won't bother to checkout such a sub forum. I think that the vitality of Pizzagate depends on keeping to the documented facts, lest it gets derailed (intentionally or otherwise).
