Use pressed vinyl or urethane decals, you fucking newbs. They can just paint over your paint, but decals pressed into pavement will last for years and repel paint.

Yeah. It’s called extruded thermoplastic road markers. They are superior to paint and bond directly to pavement. Usually, glass powder is added to give it enhanced reflectivity as well. This is really common. Where the fuck have you been the last decade? Road maintenance is one of the biggest consumers of people’s taxes. If you don’t know where your tax money goes, then you are bad and should feel bad, faggot.
