Mayonnaise makes a great base for a dip. Try this:

1 TBSP Mayo

1 TBSP Sour Cream

1 tsp Habanero Hot Sauce

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder

1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

We call this Hell's Valley Ranch

I will try this. Do you dip chips in this?

Oh, I should really clarify... Those are heaping tablespoons of mayo and sour cream. If the dip is overwhelmingly hot, just ad more mayo and sour cream until it becomes agreeable.

At first this looked repulsive, but the more I think about it the more I want to try it.

Is mayo like the ranch of the north?

Mayo is the base of ranch dressing. Take mayo, add shit too it. You got ranch dressing. Same for thousand island. And mustard.
