beautiful. peaceful. thank you. i am probably going to become one of those old people who wear khaki and birdwatch. just something about watching a singing bird. but i've alredy been warned about flamingos.

I get to see a lot of Blue Herons along bike trails.Trails usually run along creeks and wetlands so they feed and (I guess) nest there.Beautiful birds.

On occasion I run into deers and coyotes as well,seen few beavers,foxes,drunks/druggies etc.Urban wildlife :)

We have the great blue herons here - they stand between four and five feet tall. Amazing sight and also a rare one.
