I've seen this before and believe it was on Lake Baikal rather than the ocean. EDIT: YEP

Fun facts: Lake Baikal is over a mile deep, contains more freshwater than all the great lakes combined and has its very own species of seal.

It is very cool but it's actually Lake Baikal (not an ocean) in Russia. It's also the deepest lake in the world!
