Furthermore, I've worked with quite literally thousands of dogs. These 'traits' you read about are not hard and fast rules. Most breeds have been muddied with separate DNA unfortunately and that is absolutely the case with pitbulls (which isn't even a breed, it's a loose classification at best). I've worked with pussy ass German shepherds, sweetheart pitbulls and murderous Pomeranians. When I groomed dogs, the ones that bit us were very often small dogs like shi-tzus and mini poodles. You can't at all determine how a dog is going to be based on breed alone. Sometimes you struggle to find a correlation at all. Golden retrievers are a great example of this. Many are straight up nasty. It's another case of nature vs. Nurture and in my very experienced opinion, nurture is far more important when it comes to dogs. They are pack animals that emulate the behavior of their betters/masters.

Small dogs may “fear bite” you, but a pit bull won’t let go, unless it’s to get a better grip on you.

You worked with 6 gorrilion dogs though, so god forbid anyone go against you and your feelings using facts
