Fire at the corner of Lönnrot and Abraham Streets after Soviet aerial bombing of Helsinki on 30 November 1939

On 30 November 1939, Soviet forces invaded Finland with 21 divisions, totalling 450,000 men, and bombed Helsinki, inflicting substantial damage and casualties. In response to international criticism, Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov stated that the Soviet Air Force was not bombing Finnish cities, but rather dropping humanitarian aid to the starving Finnish population -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winter_War

Answer to this propaganda was sorta hilarious. Name for Molotov cocktail came to be when some finns retorted that here's something to drink with the food. Literal burn.

Were jews running the USSR at the time? Just wondering.

They were running USSR mostly right after the coup of 1917. That was the flavor of Communists you see in USA today dressing as Liberals. When Stalin came to power he gradually purged them and the focus shifted from implementation of Communist Totalitarian Utopia to re-birth of Russian imperialism supplemented with Communist tools.

I'm not an expert about the matter, but it was run by Stalin, so Russia today most likely has more Jewish influence then USSR had at that time.

When the History (now H) channel was the "Hitler" Channel, things were better times.

E: I used to be unhappy because every other episode was "Hitler did XYZ." I miss XYZ.
