This is not a strong argument. So what you are saying is that we should build the wall because the immigrants vote democrat? This makes it just another political dispute and not one of national identity.
You're misunderstanding here. We want strong borders because what we have in America is very special and we need to protect it and its citizens from foreign invaders. Unfettered immigration has proven to be an issue and we should have the right to control and vet who comes into our nation.
Democrats have been playing the identity politics game for so long now that they want to import groups of people who are more likely to vote for them regardless of the consequences. They don't actually care about immigrants, they care about votes and the political power they can achieve with this strategy. That's the fucking joke. If immigrants didn't vote for them the DNC would want a huge wall to starve out votes for the RNC.
The right wants a wall because they care about the safety of our nation. The dems don't want a wall because they care about political power. These motivations are very different.
Don't you understand that the primary motivation the democrats have for wanting to flood us with foreigners is because that low-class group of people vote exclusively democrat?
This is why they want the dreamers so desperately to become citizens. That'd mean several million more votes for democrats, and you can be sure that the foreigners would be distributed throughout the country in a manner that would cause red states to flip to blue. If the dreamers get citizenship, democrats WILL win every election from now until...forever, it seems. The cultural concerns and national identity are almost secondary to having our republic subverted using foreigners as agents to manipulate elections.
